Privacy for demo requests

This notice covers only demo-request intake on this site. It is not a legal assessment or a complete policy for an enterprise deployment.

Data and purpose

We store your email and, if provided, name and organization, together with the language, consent, reference and request dates. The purpose is to process demo access; this does not subscribe you to marketing.

The form adds no third-party analytics or marketing subscriptions. It uses a one-hour security cookie to protect submission; the cookie does not contain form details.

Retention and limits

Intake is not enabled. Requests are not accepted until operating and privacy configuration has been validated.

This period applies to the active request register. It does not establish immediate backup deletion or replace the retention policy that the responsible person must validate.

Responsibility and contact

No controller and privacy contact have been published for real intake. Local mode accepts example data only; intake of real personal details remains disabled.

A responsible person must validate the controller identity, contact, deletion procedure and backup scope before enabling real intake.
